Wrapping up 2024!

As 2024 comes to a close, all of us at Jamie’s Computers want to express our heartfelt gratitude to everyone who has supported us this year. Whether through donations or by spreading the word, your contributions have been instrumental in reducing our carbon footprint, promoting sustainability, and raising funds for The Society of St James. Your support truly makes a difference!
It’s been a busy year for us — we’ve collected and received over 1,000 donations throughout the year!
We have been popping up at events across Hampshire including Radio Rally’s and Library Workshops. Thank you too all that showed up and visited us!

We also sorted our garden with the lovely help from Jill from the Wildlife Trust.

We were also featured on ITV Meridian News as part of a report for National Reuse Day!
Changes in the new year!
Moving forward in the New Year we are going to be implementing a £36 charge for our Blancco Data wiping service. This will come in place as of 1st March 2025. We will still be offering a FREE service, you can find out more information regarding the changes you can here.
Please note that we will re-open on Monday 20th January 2025, after completing essential works in our warehouse. During this closure, some of our team members will work remotely starting 6th January 2025, and we will respond to enquiries as quickly as possible. There will also be a delay in data wiping. But please be ensured all data is safe and secured. Also, due to the site being fully closed, we will not be accepting walk-in donations. That will continue when we’re-open. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
Again, we want to express our heartfelt gratitude for your continued support. Your generous donations have made a significant impact, helping us empower and support our local communities and we can’t thank you enough!
We wish you a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!
We will look forward to welcoming you back in the New Year, when we will reopen on Monday 20th January 2025!
Warmest Wishes,
Jamie’s Computers
