How to Prepare Your Donations
Apple Devices
- Make sure you update and backup your device.
- Remove the device from your ‘Apple ID’ device list
- Unpair devices: Apple watches.
- Turn off iMessages.
- Remove from “Find My”
- Erase device
Android Devices
- Update and backup your device: transfer codes from apps eg Google Authenticator
- Remove accounts including your Google Account.
- Delete all saved passwords
- Erase all data from device & factory data reset.
Window Devices
- Make sure you update and backup your device.
- Remove the device from your Microsoft Account.
- Unlink the device from the Microsoft Store.
- Then you should be able to reset the device.

Remove from remote administration and all cloud base/ azure management systems.
