Hello Jamie’s,

Just to say that during the last few days we have bought our 5th PC from you.

We are not Tech Savvy so our latest mishap – coffee spilt over the keyboard resulted in absolute disaster!

We just felt that we had to record the kindness and understanding shown to us by Techno Wizard – Paul!

He went to so much trouble to make sure our new computer was all fixed up for us and to explain everything. He was very busy at the time but would not let us go until he was happy that we understood everything!

You don’t get that at PC World !

Again always nice to see Wendy for our usual chin-wag!
